Mèta Hotel is the Back Office solution granting a complete and safe administration and purchasing department management, an effective management control according to the Uniform System of Account for Hotels (USAH) standards. To the hotel chains Mèta allows the centralized management of all the properties.
Integration with the hotel Front Office
The End of Day procedures generate all the necessary data for the Back Office correct automatic entry. Revenues and takings are treated both in general and analytical accounting. Revenues are managed net of VAT that is managed on total amounts. Accounting synthetically entries also partial payment and outstanding customer’s balance on a daily basis. The section VAT payments contains the daily amounts of the documents issued, which ca be grouped in different columns according to their typology (invoices, bills, credit notes…). An interface program created by our experts allows data transfer from any Front Office solutions. This special interface software is already used in many hotels and in combination with Protel PMS.

Mèta Hotel Back Office is integrated with Protel Property Management System and Selz Food & Beverage Management.
Integration with Microsoft Office
Mèta Hotel allows to enter an look data through standard Microsoft Office programs: the budget structure and the USAH models can be defined with Excel and then imported, while the balance sheets can be viewed, printed or exported into an Excel file.
