The integration among Selz, Protel PMS and Mèta Hotel Back Office or Microsoft Dynamics NAV allows the highest easiness of use, speed and functional accuracy, from the guests search from the cash or the handheld for the room charge, to the banqueting management, to the writing down of the components from the warehouse through the recipes management.
The F&B Manager can set up the items and their recipes, the menus and all the operating parameters of the restaurants and bars of his hotel or of the different locations within a hotel chain. He can control the operations and generate merchandise and financial reports location by location or at group level. Moreover, the optional Business Intelligence features allow to analyze the sale data through multidimensional drill-down analysis with Excel.
Waiters and cashiers work with a touch screen graphic interface simple and intuitive which allows to control rooms and tables and the entering of orders even defining the seat where to serve each different item. Tables and orders status are viewed and managed in real time through the POS or the radio frequency handhelds and the orders are automatically sent to the different kitchen printers. Selz can print any kind of fiscal and non fiscal document, the room charge and the split of the bills in any possible way.
With Selz you can set up agreements with your customers (pre-paid with chip cards or with differed invoicing), with or without meal allowances, and any kind of commercial promotions based on time (happy hour), on the customer type, on the bill’s composition and so on, generating rebates, fidelity points, free gifts and so on.
The modular structure of Selz can flexibly match every managerial need:

Selz uses a relational database, light and powerful, on every POS and on the F&B Manager server, all of them connected through an automatic Replica which, maximum every 2 seconds, aligns all the databases. This structure guarantees continuity of service to the customer and data safety even in the case of failure of the network or of the server.
