The Sheraton Padova Hotel & Conference Center has decided for Serenissima Hotel Management System

The integrated Serenissima Hotel Management System
The Sheraton Padova uses all the Protel SQL modules, Front Office, Sales & Marketing, Banquet and Web Booking Engine, blended together in a unique platform which rationalizes the work organization and allows to generate detailed sales information on the guests thanks to the shared database. Both the guests and the hotel will appreciate the WBE functionalities (in roll-out at the present time), which allows to check availability online and generate room reservations from the hotel’s web site directly in the Front Office.

Protel PMS is installed together with Selz, the POS and Food & Beverage Management system, and Mèta, the Hotel Back Office system, both designed and provided by Serenissima Informatica. The integration of the three software defines a Hotel Management System where all the information about profit centres, either from accommodation, banqueting or food & beverage flow into the Accounting System to generate the most useful Uniform System of Account reporting, while the Stock Control & Purchasing system bundles all the hotel’s purchasing activities. As an evidence of protel’s flexibility, the Sheraton Padova initially adopted the Banquet module only, to cover the most urgent needs at that time, and then transitioned to the complete Protel suite some months later. Restaurants and Bar
At Les Arcades restaurant the Chef suggests a delicious and exquisite Italian, Regional and International cuisine and gourmet cuisine specialities. For private lunches/dinners up to 80 persons there are the charming restaurant rooms “Le Club” and “Le Jardin”, while the Venetia bar is a pleasant meeting point where the Barman invites Guests to taste mouth-watering dishes.
