TOWN HOUSE HOTELS: THE LUXURY HOTEL BRAND HAS CHOSEN PROTEL MPE AND MÈTA HOTEL BY SERENISSIMA INFORMATICA
Town House Hotels has chosen Protel Property Management System in Multi Property Edition configuration as its new Front Office solution, integrated with Mèta Hotel Back Office, for its 4 Italian hotels.
The Town House Hotels, managed by the Planhotel Resorts & Hotels Group, is a new brand of luxury hotels able to satisfy any kind of requirement, created for the most refined travelers. Located three in Milan and one in Turin, accredited as Small Luxury Hotels of the World and all situated downtown, they have rooms and suites provided with every comfort and service. Right in the heart of Milan, in Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, there is the Town House Galleria, a quintessence of true luxury without compromises, first 7 stars in Europe, member of The Leading Hotels of The World.
Protel MPE, a Front Office solution with a single centralized database for all the hotels, selected after a thorough assessment of the systems available on the international market, is provided by Serenissima Informatica S.p.A. of Padova (Italy), which is also responsible for the data center where are installed both Protel and Mèta Hotel and the relative databases. The integration between Protel and Mèta Hotel determines a Hotel Management System where the data from the profit centers flow into the analytical accounting system to generate the Uniform System of Accounts reporting.
